Probably some stuff im forgetting, but what do you guys like about the pack? (Yes, im aware of some negative things, but this is a post about why its my FAVORITE. Not because they are doing normal paparrazi things (That too) but, on important lots, they take up sim lot space, when actual NPC's could be generated. The expansion adds new celebrity-related features, with the most notable being the Reputation and Fame systems. It was developed by Maxis and released by Electronic Arts in 2018. The celebrity disguise STINKS, but paparazzo are annoying. The Sims 4 Get Famous is the sixth expansion pack for the life-simulation video game, The Sims 4. They perfectly pinpointed the annoyance of papparazi. E.G Geek sims LOVE drones (+10 happy, very strong moodlet) I was surprised to get a Politician fame event, and a lawyer fame event, etc. The trial is now over Post edited by hymnhehim on November 2021 Hey, Im Milo (he/him) I love The Sims 4, and Ive been playing it since December of 2020. I was worried i couldnt have a sports star sim, or a game creator, because the sims would skimp out on the details. A trial for Get Famous is now available starting today, the 28th of October, and will last until Monday, the 1st of November. I feel like i havent seen reputation have really any effects, besides relationships and perk availability, but i like giving people bad or good rep based on.what they look like.
Nothing wrong with that, but it gets rather uncomfortable. (In the last gig, my sim was a lesbian who was betrayed by her male best friend, who was jealous, thus sparking a sword fight.) Complaint? My female sim is a lesbian in literally every gig. The scenes are hilarious, and if you use your imagination, you can "Dictate" what's happening. Cosmetics aside, the career itself is good. I like seeing the outfits, and hairstyles, and other stuff, it makes it feel like your character is, well, a actor.
It has the most content out of any pack! IMO, anyways.
