During the event, the booth flings the player forward in time to the year 20XX. According to the story, three years later, during the bank robbery gone wrong, and the protagonist runs into the time-traveling telephone booth. It takes place in the fictional city of Thefttropolis in 1985, where the protagonist is hired as a henchman of a massive crime syndicate controlled by the Jester.
